(Dub) 1 : We Can't Make Any Friends
("I Spent [high amount of money] to [crazy action]" is a common title format for MrBeast videos, so Gi-hun thinks the format applies to how MrBeast makes friends too, meaning they don't legitimately like him.)
Movies meant for kids to enjoy often use simpler language and focus on important themes like friendship and family. Perfect for beginners, these movies will make you smile and also teach you some important vocabulary words for everyday life.
Komi Can't Communicate is an adorable tale of an awkward high schooler named Shouto Komi. This beautiful creature possesses a celebrity status at Itan Private High School, however, her popularity has not helped her make friends. Rendered speechless by her extreme social anxiety, Komi must rely on the help of Tadano Hitohito and Osana Najimi, if she is to achieve her dream of making 100 friends.
While Najimi is on board with helping Komi make 100 friends in both the anime and the manga, they only really start insisting that Komi writes down a list of all her friend in Season 2 of Komi Can't Communicate. This list of friends, however, is an important aspect that runs throughout the manga from as early as Chapter 19, not long after Komi and Najimi first become friends.
The anime makes up for this in a while by providing a visual "list" of new friends as Tadano and Najimi discuss Komi's progress (while Komi observes). It is, however, quite satisfying to physically watch the list grow as each new friend's name is physically written down in the manga.
While rumors spread at Usagi's school that Makoto was kicked out of her old school because of fighting, the truth was much more tragic. Because of her height, hair, strength, and tomboyish personality, many people were intimidated by Makoto and thought she was a bully. Based on these assumptions, people would avoid her and she could not make any friends besides her ex-boyfriend, who she clearly still carries a torch for, as she's constantly falling for boys who remind her of him.
With such an unrealistic yet truly terrible situation, Kirito must make some friends to escape from this game alive. Isekai has always been a genre that pleases A LOT of people. English dubs by Papenbrook Bryce as Kirito and Leigh, and Cherami as Asuna add more entertainment to the overall series.
Some are enemies while some are friends. This journey keeps on continuing to this day! One Piece is insane. Oda sensei somehow managed to make this series such a banger. Even to this day, the franchise is considered to be one of the best.
For now, I would recommend you watch it. The series is just so complex yet so good that it can't be explained. Now, its narrative and presentation are remarkable in themselves. However, what makes this series so great for the western audience is its English dub.
Fiora is an energetic, cheerful and playful person. She has been shown to be able to read people rather easily, such as when she predicts Reyn and Shulk would forget the Ether canisters and when she reads peoples' emotions in her Heart-to-Hearts. This trait allows her to get to know every member of the party extremely fast, possibly indicating that she makes friends easily. The byproduct of this trait is that Fiora can convey and show her emotions easily and does frequently, however she tends to show all of her emotions.
This is likely another reference to "Out of the Woods" ("The rest of the world was black and white / But we were in screaming color"), although Swift has repeatedly used color to symbolize a special kind of relationship that makes her feel seen, particularly when she's worried that feeling can't be recreated. Other notable examples of this motif are "Illicit Affairs" ("You showed me colors you know I can't see with anyone else") and "Dancing With Our Hands Tied" ("Deep blue, but you painted me golden"). 59ce067264
